Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
During the Pre-Order period, SOLOSHOT is offering a 100% risk-free Cancellation Policy. You can cancel your pre-order at anytime before the unit ships for a full refund to your original method of payment (including any shipping charges).
Please note that if you choose to place the order again after cancelling it, we would be unable to retrograde the discount and the unit will be subject to pricing at the time that you choose to re-order.
After we ship the unit, we do have a 30 day Return Policy for you to try the unit out and see if it works for your application. If not, send it back for a full refund of the purchase price, less the cost of shipping and handling.

We have a 30 day Return Policy from the day that you receive your SOLOSHOT3 unit in the mail (as indicated by the UPS tracking delivery date).
We expect that SOLOSHOT3 will meet all your needs for a robot cameraman! If not, you can request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within the 30 days to receive a full refund to your original method of payment, less the cost of shipping.
We must receive the contents in their entirety within 14 days of the RMA# issuance date in order to issue the refund of your full purchase price. Any items received after the 14 days will be subject to a restocking fee or rejection of the return shipment.
We can only process refunds and returns on items that were purchased directly from SOLOSHOT or SOLOSHOT.com. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, the unit is subject to the retailer's return policies and we are unable to issue any refunds for items purchased from third party retailers.
