SD card errors

Troubleshooting Tips:

 

  1. Make sure your microSD card is from our list of recommended microSD cards HERE
  2. Confirm SD card is fully inserted into Camera
  3. Make sure the Camera is firmly connected to the Base
  4. Confirm if you see time remaining in the top left corner of the Home Screen (e.g. 2h34) 
  5. Try ejecting and reinserting the microSD card. Wait about 5-10 seconds, then “Try Again." 
  6. Turn off the Base and power it back on. Then go back to the App where you experienced the issue and try again.
  7. Format your microSD card by going to Settings>SD Card>Format. Once formatting is complete, go back to the App where you experienced the issue and try again.
