- Make sure your microSD card is from our list of recommended microSD cards HERE
- Confirm SD card is fully inserted into Camera
- Make sure the Camera is firmly connected to the Base
- Confirm if you see time remaining in the top left corner of the Home Screen (e.g. 2h34)
- Try ejecting and reinserting the microSD card. Wait about 5-10 seconds, then “Try Again."
- Turn off the Base and power it back on. Then go back to the App where you experienced the issue and try again.
- Format your microSD card by going to Settings>SD Card>Format. Once formatting is complete, go back to the App where you experienced the issue and try again.
